They called me right after I placed the order because they knew I needed it ASAP and saw that I did not add the chips to go with the ink. Love this pretreat! No white box area or staining issues at all.

My prints come out with a super natural look using Firebird Ghost, with no marks or yellowing on light-colored clothes. The colors are vibrant yet natural, and the feel is soft.

Ever since I’ve started using firebird inks. I have not had to get a new head for my printer!!! Awesome product!
